Salsa By The Lake – Quidi Vidi Bandstand! July 12 (or 13*) – SINCE IT’S forecasting RAIN on Friday, our Salsa By The Lake will be on SATURDAY JULY 13TH. See you all there!

YES it’s finally summer (sort of), and we’ve got an outdoors under the stars evening of Salsa Dancing for you!

Hosted by Judy D of Salsa in St. John’s and Cindy M Butt of FarOut Fitness with her totally awesome sound system…we’ll have lots of the greatest Latin tunes collected from our salsa group members.
–> A non-alcohol, all ages event. STARTING at 7pm and ENDS at 11pm, so come out early! Bring some snacks and soda to share, and invite all your friends.
–> “Pay-What-You-Can”-We’ll be collecting donations to help with RIAC’s Summer Cultural Festival, which is coming in August! http://summerculturefest.riac.ca/

LISTEN for the Latin music…LOOK for the BANDSTAND on the Boulevard side of Quidi Vidi Lake, ALL LIT UP WITH WHITE LIGHTS!!!

It’s Summer and the Days are Hot…well the Dancing is anyways! We’ll be moving around the city all summer for our Sunday Salsa Socials, so please check this website, or our fb group https://www.facebook.com/groups/SalsainSt.Johns/ for where to find us. Could be Coffee & Company, AnneXe Lounge, or perhaps even somewhere outdoors!

Speaking of outdoors, we have Salsa By The Lake, Quidi Vidi Bandstand, on Fri July 12th (or Sat July 13th if it rains on Friday). 7pm-11pm, pay-what-you-can, all ages event. Bring your own SOFT drinks/snacks to share. Hosted by FarOut Fitness and Salsa in St. John’s

Exciting news!!! Coffee & Company on Water St is welcoming us to host some drop-in Sunday Salsa Socials, 7pm-9:30pm over the summer months! Mini beginners lessons will be available at 7pm (Pay-What-You-Can fee). I’ll be there this Sunday wearing my Canada Day red and whites!
